The hosts were responsive however both houses need some upkeep. The very first day the hot water heater needed repair, the house keepers did not do a good job at all. Half of the beds were not made, there was literal poop under the kitchen table and a pair of underwear under one of the beds. Not the owners fault so we did make them aware. The location was great and the space for our whole family was nice. The list of amenities in the house could have been a bit more complete then I would have been able to bring a few less things. The Internet in the one house was spotty at best. We kept having to go back and forth between the houses because some items were only in one of the houses, a hand mixer and scissors as examples. It was a great location for our family reunion just think the houses could use a bit more tlc.
