"Had such a great stay at Rixos! Our favorite was the morning breakfasts on the roof, with our wonderful server Cucú (Kookoo) who would make it such a great experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and maintained well. Our room had the pyramid views that were priceless! "This is a clean, friendly, convenient place that's small but fantastic. GREAT value for the space and services. The staff members are young, friendly, and fluent in English. American University and downtown (Nile and many sightseeing attractions) nearby. Breakfast is made-to-order, not an impersonal "continental" layout. Lots of shopping, nightlife, and Metro within walking distance. The only caveat I would offer is that the tile of the floor of the shower is very slippery. I pointed this out...

"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "
