One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. "Cleaning services were spotty. Front desk is hit or miss. Stayed in 2 separate rooms. Asked front desk if we could split the room charges between 2 credit cards. Was told absolutely. On the morning of check out they placed both rooms on my card 2 hours prior to check out. They were not willing to correct. Several of the front desk people are not friendly or helpful."
