As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. "The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was pleasant, it was less than a quarter of a mile and walkable to a nearby restaurant. We stayed here twice during our vacation."

"Cleaning services were spotty. Front desk is hit or miss. Stayed in 2 separate rooms. Asked front desk if we could split the room charges between 2 credit cards. Was told absolutely.
