"Hi, I am deeply impressed with your nice hotel - especially the common areas and indeed to abundant choice of fantastic restaurants. I do however find that the rooms require modernization and general updating. Also I found the rooms very damp, with bedlinen and towels feeling "wet"."

"Very clean and very helpful staff. Only negative is I was trying to operate the lift and didn’t know that I have to use the key card to use. Staff was there and he could approach me help. He he looking at me and didn’t want to help and he was on the phone ( night staff)"

"It took the staff more than 35 minutes to check us in. They said room was getting ready. And also it took them nearly 90 minutes to send the luggage to our room after 2 phone calls"

"The roll away bed was very uncomfortable and the buffet room is a bit cramped, doesn’t feel spacious and well lit. And there was construction which would not stop until we called multiple times"
