"We absolutely loved our stay here! We loved the atmosphere of the hotel, it felt like a good in between of a hotel and a ryokan. Then Onsen was amazing, I highly recommend going when they first open to avoid crowds during peak hours. The beds were probably my biggest complaint, they were not the most comfortable but they were not bad either. We did not have any of the food at the restaurant, we always went somewhere local. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Kyoto train station and there is a bus...

"Very large and "industrialized" hotel. This is not a luxury hotel in my opinion, feels more like an Aiport than a hotel (the lobby was always very crowded with people coming in and out. Feels like a massive operation). Room was VERY small (even for Japan standards) and we felt the overall stay was more expensive than it was worth. Location is very good in an active part of OSAKA. Osaka station is walking distance."

"One of the best hotels we've stayed at in Osaka. Our room was clean and spacious, complete with everything you would need. Location was convenient close to the metro and train station. Accessible by the underground walkway of Osaka station which you can use for the airport limo bus. Quiet location right next to a McDonalds and Family Mart. We would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and the room amenities, such as razor, slippers, ear buds, hair ties, etc were plenty and ready, but it would have been nice to have some lotion as well. Did not get to use the pajamas, but I will try at ourr next APA hotel. My main issue with this property is that the room was quite small for the king sized bed and the bathroom was the smallest I've seen in Japan so far."
