I save the best for last - there are 4 rooms in a line overlooking the golf course, the lake beyond and a wall of quintessentially Aussie bush - the more you gaze the more you ponder. I really enjoyed the size of the room and the tranquility and outlook to the garden. My meal was lovely and the bistro has 2 TV’s on different stations plus 3 billiard tables. Very enjoyable stay. "

"The room was clean, was a good size and the bathroom clearly had been modernised. There was wifi available and worked well. The public transport is easily accessible. Scott, the owner, was very helpful. I spoke to someone who has been going there for many years. I’m not surprised. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, I’d recommend Frewville Motor Inn."

"We had to book this at the last minute due to another booking that was NOT okay, and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received. We were even upgraded to a studio, which was such a relief after our previous experience. Brownhill Creek is set deep in a valley, with the most beautiful surroundings. We were woken in morning to yellow-crested cockatoos and pink galahs. The park is also equipped with a playground and firepit. We took advantage of the cafe-caravan on site with...

"Quite good for the price. I was on level 3 and the lift stops at level 2, so I had a labyrinthine walk followed by stairs to get to my room. Room had 2 single beds rather than a queen size. No TV or fridge provided, although I’m told some of the pricier rooms had them. Some street noise during the busier nights in town. One shortfall is that there is no mechanism for guests to enter the building after hours, meaning that if you take in the nightlife, it can be difficult to get back to your room....
