"Das kleine Häuschen war super ausgestattet und die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uns ging was zu Bruch, auch das wurde unkompliziert gelöst. Auch für unseren Hund war es die perfekte Location und er konnte sich frei bewegen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden in der Nähe. "A wonderful place with all amenities and extra little touches. The whole family enjoyed the break at Casa Kennedy and especially the pool. It was remote and peaceful with wonderful views but accessible with a car to get to Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Tenuta Adamo winery and other places if you choose. "La maison offre un magnifique panorama sur Camaiore et la mer. Mauro, l’hôte de la maison est aux petits soins, très désireux de faire plaisir et très réactif. De très belles randonnées sont accessibles à partir de la maison ainsi que Candala que l’on a fait en nous y rendant à pieds. La maison est cependant difficile d’accès en voiture et invite à ne pas faire le trajet de nuit. Nous nous sommes néanmoins rendus là-bas en minibus 😀"

He provided staff to prepare meals as we specified including three dinners and all breakfasts - in every instance, we received excellent food at reasonable prices from expert staff. "Die Lage ist super zentral, nah am Meer zu Fuß, fußläufig Markt, viele Lokale und Geschäfte, als auch ein Pinienpark. Netter und schneller Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Das Haus hat viele zwischen Ebenen und dadurch Treppen, ist eventuell weniger geeignet für Treppenmuffel oder ältere Menschen. Auf der Schlafebene hat jedes Zimmer sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Einige technische Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen."

"Vacanza stupenda. La struttura è molto caratteristica. La casa è grande e comoda ed è immersa nel verde, pur essendo vicina a Lucca e per nulla isolata. Noi siamo una famiglia numerosa e siamo stati molto bene. Dalla casa abbiamo raggiunto facilmente anche altre zone della Toscana. Il proprietario, il signor Giovanni, è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è provvista di tutti gli elettrodomestici e accessori."

"Lovely rustic villa in the foothills of the Apuan Alps with stunning views over vinyards, the town and the sea. We were warmly greeted by owners Francesca and Manu, who invited us to join them for a buffet and to taste some of the wine they produce. The villa is set on a steep hillside on 3 levels (so you need to be ok with going up and down stairs!) The pool is set on the same level as the ground floor and has seating and sunbeds alongside. The local ameneties in nearby Ripa are limited, but...

"Frequentiamo la piscina termale di villa undulna da tanti anni e pur abitando in zona ogni tanto è capitato di fermarci a dormire nell’albero e devo dire che ogni volta è meglio della precedente . Bello tutto : Camere, piscine di acqua termale , giardino con lettini, ristorante . Personale gentilissimo , tutti dalla reception ai camerieri , ai bagnini . Die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel und jedes mit eigenem vollständigem Bad, man kommt sich keine Sekunde in die Quere.
