"Hotel muy cómodo, con gran hall y muchos sofás para tomarte un tiempo con tus amigos o familia. Habitaciones muy prácticas, cómodas y grandes. Quizás me faltaría algo más de espacio para el desayuno buffet ya que, en las fechas en las que hemos ido, había muchas gente y todo el mundo se congregaba en un espacio muy concreto."

"Very convenient for an overnight at Heathrow. I checked in just before midnight, and was out first thing in the morning. A very restful way to spend a long layover. Very comfortable bed. I was out the door of my room and through security in about half an hour. I did not try the breakfast as I had lounge access, and ate there."

"The rooms are nice but the hotel is without many vending machines.. so if you have travelled a long time bring your own food. The room was a bit stuffy and the wifi did not work. It’s a bit expensive to get there from the airport- in hindsight I would have picked a hotel closer to the airport."

"Pros The location is great, and the Hotel Hoppa bus for £13 for a family of four brings you directly to the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Staff are always around to help, even late at night around 1 AM, which was reassuring. There are also amenities like a restaurant and bar, although we couldn’t use them much since we were mostly out. Cons They don’t offer early check-in. Our check-in time was 3 PM, and even though we arrived at 2:30 PM, we were asked...

"We were delayed and got in very late. Breakfast that morning, the attendant was very accommodating and even brought food out for us after closing time out of compassion for our kids. Room was clean and everything expected. Kids loved the bunk beds. "

"Very clean, wonderful staff. We stayed on the 1st floor, facing Heathrow Airport, yet did not hear any noise from the jets or traffic. I would definitely recommend prepaying for the breakfast buffet when selecting your room. The buffet was huge, with a large selection of hot and cold food as well as espresso machines."

"We stayed here while seeing a concert at the Apollo and it was the perfect location for that! Very reasonably priced for London, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we got a triple room with 3 single beds which are quite hard to come by so that was ideal! The only downside is the road it’s on is very busy with constant traffic even through the night so it’s a little on the noisy side, I’d pack ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!"
