Apartment WE 3:
The 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor south side.

Haus Lausitz awaits you!The comfortable apartments are located in the house Lausitz in a quiet location on the edge of the forest Granitz. In a few minutes walk from the Wilhelmstrasse, which invites you to stroll and to linger. The Baltic Sea beach with the beautiful pier is only about 200m. The bus stop is about 600m away and the Rasender Rolands train station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The leisure pool is about 800m away. Each apartment has a parking space on the property. A children's playground and barbecue facilities are also available. The Haus Lausitz has a separate common room with up to 40 seats, lockable and separate kitchen and toilets. The sauna is chargeable. For cyclists and hikers it is an ideal starting point for their activities. Free Wi-Fi is available in the property.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Grillverbot auf Terrasse nicht ganz so offensichtlich. Ansonsten alles super. Geraeuschpegel tagsüber aufgrund der naheliegenden mutter-Kind Klinik etwas hoch, störte uns jedoch nicht.

Einfache sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Nicht außergewöhnlich, sondern solide und genau richtig, wenn man eh viel draußen ist. Besticht durch die nahe Lage zum Meer.

Silvester in sellin

Ankommen, einchecken, wohlfühlen. Tolle saubere Wohnung, wir waren zu viert da, hatten 2 Schlafzimmer ein großes Bad und einen großen Balkon. Ein paar hundert Meter und wir waren an der Seebrücke Sellin. Herrliches Feuerwerk um Mitternacht!

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil in Sellin

Uns erwartete eine total freundliche Begrüßung durch die Hausdame. Die Fe-Wohnung war genau wie im Inserat angeboten! Sehr sauber, geräumig, mit allem eingerichtet, was wir für unseren Kurzurlaub mit 2 Kindern benötigten. Die Terasse mit kleinem Rasenplatz konnte jederzeit genutzt werden. Ein Parkplatz war auch vorhanden! Das Objekt ist zwar im Randgebiet mit Blick auf einen kleinen Wald, trotzdem gab es nur kurze Wege zur Promenade, Strand und zur Gastronomie. Wir empfehlen diese Fe-Wohnung zu 100 % und würden immer wieder buchen! Hervorragend!

Alles in einem,war super

Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Nachdem wir herzlich von Frau Gross begrüßt wurden, haben wir uns die Wohnung angesehen und direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Alles was man braucht

4 fantastische Betten, ein tolles Bad mit Dusche und eine schöne Küchenzeile im gut eingerichteten Wohnzimmer mit Essecke. Halt alles was man braucht (Babybett und -stuhl inklusive). Wir hatten fürs WLan eine blöde Zeit angepasst, da zu der Zeit dieses oft zusammen brach, was auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt ist. Danke für die tolle Woche.

Wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage. Für einen Kurzurlaub perfekt. Für einen längeren Urlaub wäre mir allerdings die Küchengrösse zu klein. Verzweifelt kochfeldern ist das Abendessen machen für 4 Personen eine Herausforderung. Geschirr etc. war aber alles ausreichend vorhanden.

Ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Die gebuchte Ferienwohnung war groß genug um eine vierköpfige Familie zu beherbergen. Es war eine sehr saubere Unterkunft und entsprach der Beschreibung. Auch der Service war anstandslos gut. Wer einen Familienurlaub in Strandnähe sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
