"Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful, supported us with where to park which is a chargeable car park nearby. The room was not ready as we arrived early, we were expecting a call to confirm when it was ready, that didn’t come, and we eventually went to check back at reception at 5 and managed to get into our room at this time. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Great room facilities. The downside was the pool area and changing rooms both inside and out, these are not to 5*...

"Wow! From check-in to check-out, this place was beyond our expectations. The décor was absolutely amazing, everything was impeccably kept, and you simply can’t beat the location—location, location, location!
What a vibe! Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the entire experience went above and beyond what we expected. We even had to leave early, and the breakfast they thoughtfully prepared for us the night before to keep in the fridge was incredible!

"Place was in a great location close to a lot and also tram transportation
Rooms spacious and high ceilings my only complaint was our room was next door to such high construction noise from early am till after 8pm
Although we were out touring most of the time, it was very annoying. I had to blast my TV to drown it out
So if you do stay there, please double check that they are finished with construction next-door and then you won’t be disappointed"
