GWと言う事もあり、楽しみにしてた大浴場が深夜も早朝も「混雑」で結局一度も入る事が出来ませんでした💦 後はホテル駐車場の台数が少ない為、車で行かれる方は早めのチェックインをオススメします。私達は満車だったので仕方なく提携外の駐車場に停めました。 それ以外は快適に過ごせました。

部屋の水回りが古く一部破損あり気になりました それと冬場はトイレの便座ヒーターが欲しくなるかも知れません 他は特に不満無し 立地も良いのでまた利用したいです

朝食は品数が多いわけでは無かったが、一般的な朝食ブュッフェ。 サラダやハム、卵料理、フライや魚などもあたり、新潟名物も何品かあって充分満足出来て良かった。 部屋は家具やテレビなど少し埃まみれで、使ってない部屋だったのかな？ ベッド3台で家族でゆっくり過ごせて良かったです。タオルを干したりするものがあると良かったかな。
