Sedona Roadrunner is a lovely home located in the West Sedona area, putting you close to many attractions and activities, including some of the area's best trailheads. You'll also be conveniently located near Highway 89A, putting you near shopping and restaurants and plenty of other attractions.


This single-level home features 1,480 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to four guests.


You'll enter the property through the front door and will step into the dining area. A few steps more and you will find the living room and kitchen spaces.


Living Room: The living room offers comfortable furnishings including a sofa and accent chairs, and a 55” Smart TV. The fireplace is purely decorative (non-functional).


Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fully equipped stainless-steel appliances including a glass-top range. There's a cute high-top table for two — perfect for coffee and a snack!


Dining area: This separate dining area offers a table with seating for six.


Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Master Bedroom 1— King size bed, 32” Smart TV, private access to the patio, en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.


Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed, access to a private seating area.


The shared full bathroom offers dual sinks and a large shower.

This home was so beautiful and the layout was great, very clean. Close to the stores and resturants and all the activities you needed to enjoy Sedona, AZ. I would recommend this property to anyone it's just gorgeous and you won't be disappointed. The host was great and so was the assistance we received to understand the property nice having a full garage to park the car in. The hot tub was nice and clean. Hope to make my destination to Sedona AZ again soon.

We had a great stay in West Sedona. The house was very clean and organized and was well stocked with kitchen supplies. You could tell that the home is somewhat recently updated and tastefully done. Both mattresses were very comfortable and the little office off the spare bedroom Was a great place to sit and think. We used both the outdoor hot tub and grill, which were nice amenities to have. We had a minor issue with the electrical and the property management company. Was there within an hour and helped get it solved overall we had a fantastic experience and would definitely revisit this home in the future.

Perfect home in Sedoa

We loved our stay at the Roadrunner in west Sedona . The house was very clean and well stocked. Updated kitchen was beautiful, dining and living spaces were perfect. Bedrooms were so comfortable with a lot of space. Amazing lighting from all the windows. Outdoor space was open with views of red rocks, lots of seating areas, very calming backyard, hot tub was relaxing. A short walk from house lead to several beautiful trails. We hope to stay again.

Relaxing weekend

The location was excellent. The home was very clean and was well-stocked with things that you didn’t know you needed! We would stay here again. Hot tub and private backyard gave us a relaxing place to view the wildlife.

Mostly amazing!

Wonderful property very well located near the main drag of Sedona. Beautiful touches that made it feel homey- we were so excited to find yoga mats and hiking backpacks! Kitchen was very well equipped and the grill worked great. Hot tub was wonderful2 major flaws however were rock hard beds (everyone slept poorly the whole time) and subpar shower pressure. Otherwise the place was perfect!

Lovely house

Wonderful home in a great, quiet neighborhood. Views of red rocks from the bedrooms were great. The home was well stocked and super comfortable. One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. You do need to drive to trailheads but it’s all fairly close. The hot tub was a bonus. Would be great for two couples or a girls trip.

Beautiful views!

This house was perfect for our stay in Sedona. It was close to everything. The views from the backyard were amazing. It had two BIG bedrooms and both bedrooms had beautiful views. The kitchen was very well appointed and we enjoyed making a few meals during our stay. And the star gazing from the hot tub was an added bonus that delighted all four of us! We plan to return to Sedona and I would love to stay here again.

Great get away

We loved the property. Everything was top notch and more private than I would have thought possible given that it is in a neighborhood and very close to stores and restaurants. The home was way nicer than the pictures would indicate with granite counter tops, professional decorations and upscale blinds for the many windows. So many nice, thoughtful touches like games, books, DVD movies, yoga equipment, a guitar, umbrellas, backpacks, and extra water bottles. Plastic wrap really came in handy for sandwiches on the trails. The appliances, coffee makers with filters and all the kitchen supplies that anyone would need. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, clothes washer pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were available. They even had a blow dryer. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night for those sore muscles. Also, the star gazing was amazing from the hot tub. The floor is a wood plank looking tile which is great for a hot climate but we came in February. I picked up some flip flops at Bealls and was very comfortable. There are many pillows of every type and extra blankets to keep cozy. We loved our stay and would be happy to return.

Great Weekend Getaway!
