"First time in Edmonton and made a terrible mistake of booking this run down property in that area of the city. I slept with one eye open and all the lights on. Tear it down and rehabilitate that area of the city."

"Quite convenient to walk around Whyte Ave, with plenty of bars nearby. However, it gets quite noisy at night, especially with cars passing along the street around midnight. I asked the staff if I could switch to a quieter room on the other side, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Additionally, the room amenities were quite limited, even no chair by the table."

"The staff was so sweet and amazing — truly incredible customer service! However, the hotel itself was just decent. There were hairs left in the shower, and even after paying extra for another guest, there weren’t enough towels in the room. The pool also wasn’t the greatest and definitely needed a deep clean. The tiles around the pool were extremely slippery and honestly felt like a safety hazard. The only saving grace of this hotel was genuinely the staff, because the amenities themselves were...
