The hot tub was very warm but over run and very loud with a bunch of kids so we were only there for 15 minutes the first night and did t even use it the second night because of all the kids. Very disappointed that we weren't able to relax in the hot tub which is what we were all really looking forward to"

"Front desk staff were good. We left mid morning and came back mid afternoon and our room hadn’t been cleaned after our first of two nights. We grabbed some towels from the ladies with the cleaning carts. Breakfast was the usual. Parking was fine. "

"Quite convenient to walk around Whyte Ave, with plenty of bars nearby. However, it gets quite noisy at night, especially with cars passing along the street around midnight. I asked the staff if I could switch to a quieter room on the other side, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Additionally, the room amenities were quite limited, even no chair by the table."

"The property was very poorly maintained. The elevator was out of service, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. The building itself felt very old and neglected. The staff were not welcoming and came across as somewhat rude. The bathroom was also not functioning properly, as water was leaking from the sink. "The rooms and food were amazing same with the hotel front desk but the service in the bar/ restaurant needs to change. I come here every year for past 4 years for my birthday and have never had a problem but when me and my partner went for breakfast there was ZERO customer service and made us feel weird even question ourselves if we did something but we were sitting at a table the waitress came up and said “Hiiii” that’s it… just hi and then looked at us so after a moment of silence I had to ask...
