"I take responsibility for not looking closer when I booked the room, but I was disappointed that the "whirlpool" tub was not jetted. I was really looking forward to a jetted tub, and not a big ol' bathtub. That is the reason for my rating. It was a lovely large suite, but nothing really special. "Everything was excellent except some sticky substance on the floor when we entered the room. Shoes kind of stuck to the floor… could even feel something on the floor with bare feet. Other than that, the room was beautiful and clean"

"Very bad neighborhood. Lots of homeless, drug addicts, etc. Area was run down and dirty. Heard a loud gunshot in the middle of the night. Could also hear arguing all hours of the day. Rooms were sort of clean. Finer details like the air conditioner radiator was filled with brown sludgy dust, lots of crumbs and stains of corners and floors. "We traveled with kids. It was an awesome stay! Quiet and clean. The breakfast was incredible! We loved the omelette bar, it was such a treat! Most of our group has to eat gluten free, we loved the delicious omelette and felt very safe eating it. We appreciated the gluten-free muffins as well. The staff was helpful and kind. Thank you!"

"Definitely a great hotel to stay at. There was some confusion on our check-in about the breakfast being included in our stay, but we were able to iron that out. Otherwise, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a room that had been newly renovated, was very nice but the only item that seemed missed was the light fixtures in the bathroom."

"Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."
