"The breakfast was decent, but there were many problems during our stay- the bedsheet were dirty during check in. Plus, we had dinner at the coffee shop- the food was lower than average but service was awful! Taj does take complaints and feedback seriously which makes the stay better than average. "We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The room was spotless — clearly cleaned to a high standard, with fresh linens and everything in good working order. It's the kind of place where you can settle in without a second thought.
The staff really made the difference. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with directions and local tips, which made getting around so much easier.
