"The property is absolutely stunning, really well looked after and you can tell a lot of effort is made to maintain this. Location is good, and easy to walk or get taxi pick ups. Staff generally went great though. We requested an additional bed, that I confirm in email twice before our 3am arrive, however this wasnt ready when we checked in (not great when we had been travelling all day and just wanted to get straight to bed). Local traffic makes getting back to the hotel slow but that is Delhi and not a reflection on the hotel. The hotel had everything that we wanted and is in a good central position. "Beautiful grand lobby, great dining options, modern spacious rooms but very noisy at night due to club music next door. The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. Front desk manager and housekeeping manager also very attentive to ensure we had a lovely stay. "
