A fully equipped kitchen, complete with electric appliances including a dishwasher to make your holiday effortless.

Location: Second Valley, walking distance from the beach and Jetty.
Bed Configuration: 2 bedrooms, sleeps 7 guests. 1 x King, 2 x Singles, 1 x Tri bunk.
Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with separate toilet.
Special Features: Lovely ocean views.
Facilities: Modern appliances, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Wifi, DVD player, washing machine.
Features/Entertainment: Flat screen Smart TV, Wifi, Chromecast.
Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning is located in the living area and ceiling fans throughout.
Pets: Pets are welcome by negotiation.
Fenced: Enclosed rear yard with rural fencing.
Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf and the cost is included in your rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer and T-towel

The property fails every fire safety regulation I am aware of. The ones I identified were no fire blanket, no fire extinguisher, the smoke alarms were not connected to the mains power and if the doors are locked then the only way to unlock them is with the key which could lead to a dangerous situation where you are unable to escape the building. I also suspect the use of Photoshop in their photos as in their pictures you can see a fire in the fireplace. I was looking forward to sitting around the fireplace in the evening however there is a metal grate over the fireplace which prevents you from being able to see the fire without leaving the doors wide open.
