"This is a cool house with a pool, grill and room for up for 8 (if some of you don't require normal beds). We enjoyed the quiet property and privacy and the proximity to downtown Sebastapol was great. There is no light near the grill so you will need a flashlight to use it after dark. We had to cover the windows in the living room with a sheet as there are no blinds to block the bright sunlight for anyone sleeping on the pullout or a couch. "Great location with a quick walk to the beach. The bedrooms worked well for my family with adults and littles. Only hiccup we had, was no instructions to access the property, but we contacted the owner and that was resolved quickly. The internet was an issue but again, contacted the owner and it was resolved quickly (modem name got changed by the vendor). Hands down, the best stocked kitchen I have seen yet!!!
