Welcome to Cascade Vue! This property is part of a 3-building complex with a total of 15 units. Conveniently located just minutes from SeaTac Airport, the listing includes an entire building with 5 individual apartment units, with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total, making it ideal for business professionals or large groups seeking comfort and convenience.

Please note that due to its proximity to SeaTac, the complex is under a flight path, which can result in considerable noise outside the buildings. However, it tends to quiet down after 10pm. To enhance your comfort, we’ve upgraded the windows to reduce noise and provide earplugs for sensitive guests.

- 1b1b Units: Unit 1 (2nd floor), Unit 3 (3rd floor) and Unit 5 (1st floor)

- 2b1b Units: Unit 2 (2nd floor) and Unit 4 (3rd floor)

**All the 1b1b units feature a queen bed while 2b1b units feature a king bed and a queen bed. All the units are set up similarly - please kindly check our listing photos to get an idea of how the unit would look like!

**Things to Note**
- The building has 3 floors and does not have an elevator. Guests staying on the 2nd or 3rd floors will need to use the stairs.

- If you're on the 1st and the 2nd floor, you may hear sounds from neighbors above due to the wooden flooring. For guests who stay on the 2nd and 3rd floor, we also kindly ask you to be mindful of noise and respect the quiet hours, as guests may also be staying below you. (Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM)

- A shared laundry room is located on the ground floor, available for all guests in the building to use free of charge.

- Parking is provided for one vehicle per unit, with additional spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will have full access to the entire building.

We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We've got exemption from Airbnb so please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.

6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.

8.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate containers. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.

9. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $50 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
