"What a great hotel in the middle of downtown. Staff was very friendly, place was clean and very well decorated. It’s a great place to stay. Walking distance to all the major attractions in downtown Seattle. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Upon arrival, there was nobody at the desk. You need to check yourself in. Also, the lobby is super small, so became very hectic quickly.
