"Our family of 5 + dog had an amazing time here! The home was very clean and extremely well stocked. It had lots of towels and linens as well as appliances, kitchen tools, dishes, and cleaning supplies. Outside has a nice astroturf lawn, cornhole games, a few BBQ grills, and wash station. We had a courtyard view cabin, which worked great. The pond view seemed like it had a nice view so we will try that next time. "We had a very enjoyable stay at The Commons. The house was modern and spacious and equipped with everything one might need. The location was not exactly what we expected but it’s very central and only a short drive to beach. The property manager gave us detailed rental instructions which were very helpful. We certainly recommend this place."

"1st my wife and kids took a hike on the trail around the pond and there was a homeless camp at the end of the trail!! 2nd Our fridge quit working and all my food got spoiled. Over $200 in groceries. I told management and they promised to follow up with me saying they would reimburse us for my losses. They still haven’t reached out 5 days later."

"Our stay was good in the rental. Wish there was more seating in the living area. Overall property is great with the amenities. Little sketchy near homeless people in Mill Pond Park—couldn’t walk around. The town of Seaside is very run down, dirty and needs some TLC."

"The home was clean and had a great layout, but there was constant traffic noise throughout the night, screaming from hobos walking by, some late night street racing which woke us up, and lastly, cars parking in the les schwab parking lot blasting music at 2am- I didn’t sleep well for three nights- I wouldn’t ever return— nice buildings, but poor location-"

"Easy drive up and walk to beach or downtown restaurants. This house had everything we asked for plus. I have to say that our age range was 68-81 and the front steps were a bit of a challenge, there are no grab bars in the bathroom and the toilet is very low to the ground for older folks. We didn't think we needed "disabled" access but some easy access would have helped. We hope to stay here again."
