"I was visiting family and this hotel was only 5 minutes away from the village they lived in. It was nice and quiet and i would say is more for people passing through. Not really for families with small children, however ideal for when on the road with a lot of travel to do as a pit stop Staff friendly and hotel clean."

The assigned room was missing several advertised amenities, including a telephone, air conditioning, and room service. We repeatedly requested assistance and a reassignment to a more accessible room, but our concerns were not promptly addressed. The lack of support further diminished our comfort. "The hotel was ideal for us as only 30 minutes or so to Goodwood. Good value accommodation. Very helpful staff and the Restaurant food was first rate. Also worth a mention was the Bar where the staff and clientele were so welcoming it reminded us of the bar in 'Cheers'!"
