Everything was clean, and all needs were met. Will stay again. Very close to all attractions in Newport we wanted to visit. "

"Beautiful location, wonderful view of the ocean and beach from the cottages. It’s right off hwy 101, but we couldn’t hear traffic noise from inside. We everything we needed, nicely done!"
