"We had a great stay at Zarmina’s spacious basement suite. The check-in process was easy, the location was very convenient, and the place was very quiet, clean, and well kept. "Everything was nice. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very accommodating. Always assuring you are okay. A text away if you need anything. The basement is very warm... Good if you are the always cold type of person. Bad if you are the overheating type(there is a fan in the front closet). The bed is quite firm but does the job.Overall a beautiful place to stay in. "The stay was ok, but could have been better...I had to ask twice during my stay for more heat in the apartment (upon arrival and the second day). There was also a lot of kitchen necessity missing: coffee maker, oven baking tray, dish towels, peeler. There was a miscommunication about parking spots between the 2 tenants; the other tenants were smoking marijuana upstairs and the smell/smoke came to the apartment through the vents.
