I called front desk guy he was super helpful !! Told us he can switch us rooms in the morning! But did get us new bed sheets etc point is this hotel was dirty! Our experience there was horrible! "We have stayed here a couple of times. It’s a great location. It’s clean. There’s plenty of parking. The staff is super attentive and the rooms and bathrooms are super spacious. Sadly this time the property had a couple of issues. One elevator wasn’t working and the second elevator that was available was very slow, would skip floors, buttons weren’t working properly, we resorted to using the stairs. "The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful."

"We had a terrible stay (after other fine stays) at this hotel recently. First, we weren’t able to check in until 5 pm. They “forgot” to text us that our room was ready after sitting in the bar for two hours. We only checked in because we went back to the front desk to inquire. Then, upon check in, our room smelled so strong of smoke that our eyes burned. We let the front desk know and the solution initially offered was to send a housekeeper to spray a strong smelling spray all over our room...

"Never stayed in a hotel where there was so much activity with questionable behavior. The hotel is apparently pet friendly with no dog stations and literally a patch of grass that has never seen a lawn mower. There are signs saying to pick up after your dog but it was obvious no one ever has picked up anything. Hotel tv had no options for streaming."
