"Quite a nice single room but I could not get standard BBC and ITV channels on the television. Also, I had to go to reception in order to get a password to get the television to work. "Had to ask again for an additional bed as this had been forgotten about. Staff who came to help were wonderful and gave us good advice. In the morning we had to for quite a while to order breakfast abd ask staff to fill the coffee machine and the milk alternatives. Most of the staff were so friendly and chatty."
