"Excellent service and accommodation"

"I was incredibly surprised how good the room was for such a reasonable price. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean and new at the time of our stay. We will be staying here again for our next stay in Ballarat."

"Great location, staff helpful and food delicious. Would happily stay again."

"Central location walkable to dining zone and next door to City Hall and excellent tourism office. Grand historic building with museum quality decor, and lots of historic wall prints and memorabilia. Rooms comfortable, feel like you are back in the days when Mark Twain and royals came here to stay."

"Good, the swimming pool was very nice and worm."

"The decor was aging, but the room was clean. Bed was firm. You get what you pay for! Wifi coverage was poor in the front room."

"Very clean and staff very helpful , great position for sovereign Hill"

"It smellt like people had been smoking the rooms"

"The room was wet and smelly due to previous water leak. You couldn’t breed. But we were given another room."

"I want to live in this apartment! Situated in a fully renovated art deco-era apartment block, only a few houses back from Lake Wendouree, this place was perfect for our overnight stay. Clean, comfy, reasonably priced, great communication with the host. The artworks were impressive too. We'll definitely be back."

"鄰近疏芬山，我們在此住宿兩晚，房間內備品齊全、設施新穎，雖然無法烹飪但餐具都有。令人印象深刻的是好用的吹風機。在澳洲住了三家汽車旅館，這家是最棒的！值得推薦！"
