Super cozy and comfortable property. Really good amenities, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge, and toaster oven. Big beautiful bathroom with a really good aized bath, and a nice shower. Bed and bedding is really cozy, great heater and fan. Over all very peaceful lovely stay, with 2 beautiful souls hosts. Couldnt ha asked for a better stay ♡

Great location

Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, granted its a wee bit smaller than expected. The room insulates well to keep out the heat and its such a joy to wake up to the view of the property and seeing horses only metres away.

Peaceful rural setting

We spent 14 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Jenny was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We were very happy with our little unit and especially enjoyed watching the sunset over the horse paddocks. The close proximity to the rail trail was a bonus. The unit was clean, spacious and had lots of cupboard space. When we are back this way would love to stay again.

Cute little place

The property is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. Its easy to get to and we were able to spot Kangaroos during our stay too. The bathroom is grand and the fireplace givers the place a nice touch. Netflix does however, crash every few minutes but Youtube worked with no issues. This won't be a problem if you get good weather and are out and about. Overall a great place to stay.

Awesome unit with great views

Unit is bigger than we expected. Spacious bathroom and a hot bath was very welcome at the end of the day. Great water pressure and good wifi speed. Can cast to Smart TV from Android device. Queen bed was nice and soft. Would be good to have a foldable table for meals. Overall, great place to stay away from the city.

A weekend getaway

Unit 2 was compact, comfortable and cosy. Just perfect for our weekend trip to look around the Ballarat district. The weather was miserable but we were warm and dry inside. The shower was hot and strong and the kitchenette had all the necessities to have our breakfast. We couldn’t enjoy the surroundings because of the wet but we enjoyed looking at the kangaroos from the window and the quiet. Jenny was on hand if we needed anything. Maybe next time the sun will shine for us.
