The Space:
Originally built in 1900 the flat is one of two units located in the entire residential structure. The home recently underwent a full renovation bringing all the features of the home into the 21st century.
Step inside the residence and immediately notice the beautiful original hardwood floors, classic window trimming, and original crown molding. Ten-foot ceilings with oversize windows pour light into every room and with the open concept between the living room and kitchen, this 1200 sq ft. flat feels spacious and welcoming.
In the living room enjoy an oversized sleeper sofa and chairs along with a smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows. Stylish features create a relaxing and comfortable feel throughout, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.
Continue along the open space into the fully renovated kitchen. Custom cabinets, granite countertops, and brand-new appliances are accompanied by all the pots, pans, knives, and utensils you need to cook complete meals during your stay. Additionally, find small appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, and blender (Coffee provided). Directly off the kitchen find a small dining table, set for four guests.
The Broad House boasts one ensuite with its own private bathroom, high ceilings, and a brand-new king mattress with fresh linens and comfortable pillows. In the private bathroom find custom tile and a glass encased walk in shower. Outfitted with towels, body wash, and shampoo the bathroom has all the basics you need for your stay.
The second bedroom features a queen mattress with brand-new linens and pillows. High ceilings along with two oversized windows pour natural light in and create a comfortable and relaxing space.
Located along the short hallway, find the second bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination with custom tile work, all new accents and fixtures and outfitted with all the bathroom essentials. Directly across the hall from the second bathroom the flat features a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer unit and storage, perfect for longer stays.

Guest Access:
You may access the entire apartment. We have a small courtyard in the back that you can enjoy as well (pics coming soon)!

The Neighborhood:
Located in the North Historic District, your stay at the Flat is located on a quiet street but will put you right in the heart of all that Savannah has to offer.
Just a 3 minute walk to Savannah’s fantastic riverwalk you will be able to find incredible eats and drinks just steps from the flat. Looking for that perfect seafood dish? Try the Shrimp Factory, Tubby’s Seafood, or the Seafood Shack.
Step up your fine dining game by stopping in The Olde Pink House where you can find incredible traditional southern dishes.
Looking for a pint? Stop into Molly MacPherson’s Scottish Pub, or O’Connell’s Irish pub for cold draft beers and the traditional tavern feel. Feeling a little British? Check out Six Pence Pub and feel like you’re walking down Piccadilly in London.
Take an adventure outside of just the neighborhood by visiting one of Savannah’s many museums. Mercer-William’s House Museum, Savannah African Art Museum, American Prohibition Museum, and many more are just minutes away. Tap into the artistic nature of Savannah by stopping into Savannah’s College of Art and Design Museum of Art. Want to get more hands on and make some memories? Try blowing glass at Hostess City Hot Glass, a perfect time for the whole family.
Not enough time to walk all the sights of Savannah? Take it all in at once while riding or biking. We are just minutes away from Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah and Savannah Bike Tours. Check out the city’s skyline from the water by jumping on one of the Savannah Belle’s ferries, with multiple stops all along Savannah’s river front.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and uber service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Abercorn and Park SB stop just a 2-minute walk from the manor.

Getting Around:
There's a FREE shuttle that picks up just down the block walking towards Bay street. This is a free "trolley" style bus that circles around the Historic District and stops at a lot of attractions. Additionally, there is The Downtowner which is a City-ran "uber" just download the app and they will pick you up for free! Aside from that, we recommend using Uber/Lyft to get where you need. If you find free parking near the apartment, stay there! You can walk to just about anything in the City! :)

Other Things to Note:
This is one side of a duplex house, please be respectful of your neighbors.
Absolutely no parties.
No animals of any kind allowed on the property.
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Clean up all smoke butts.
Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
Treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your own property.
