Living Room – Light-filled with a large bay window, cozy teal sectional that pulls out to a queen sleeper bed, smart TV, and modern touches. Desk area set up for the remote workers. Perfect for relaxing after exploring the Historic District.
Dining Area – Gather around the wood table with seating for six, framed by natural light shining in through a second bay window.
Kitchen – Recently updated with white shaker cabinets, gold hardware, stainless steel appliances, and stunning countertops. Fully stocked for cooking at home, plus a coffee bar with a nespresso for your morning pick-me-up.

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the carriage house, including a driveway for easy parking. The home sits tucked behind historic walls, giving you a quiet retreat in the heart of the city. Guests will not have access to the garage.

Walkability: This location is in downtown Savannah, with a Walk Score of 92/100, meaning it's a walker’s paradise.

Historic setting: You’re inside Savannah’s historic core. The architecture, cobblestone streets, old street lamps, and leafy sidewalks are all characteristic of this district. It’s full of preserved buildings, charming homes, and a strong sense of local history.

Proximity to parks & public spaces: Very close to several of Savannah’s beautiful squares and green spaces. Forsyth Park is nearby; also Whitefield Square, Calhoun Square, etc.

Getting Around:
Savannah’s Historic District is best explored on foot — almost everything is just a short stroll from the carriage house. For longer trips, hop on the free DOT shuttle, rent a bike, or grab a quick Uber/Lyft. Your off-street parking space makes having a car easy if you’d like to visit Tybee Island, Bonaventure Cemetery, or Wormsloe. Tour trolleys and pedicabs are also a fun way to see the city without the walk.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that guests will have access to one off street parking space. Guests will not have access to the garage. The Carriage is house is multiple levels, you will enter on the the first level and take two a set of stairs up to the second level where you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. Another set of stairs will take you to the top/third floor where both bedrooms and bathrooms are located.

Traffic & noise may increase on major streets, or during festival/peak tourism times—but being on a quieter lane will mitigate that. Parking can be limited downtown, so off-street or private parking becomes a big plus.
