One bedroom apartment half a block from Forsyth Park. King bed and designer furnishings. Brand new kitchen and bathroom with modern finishes. Historic building with some original details intact but mostly new!

Gorgeous decor and soaring ceilings await you in this totally renovated historic apartment steps from Forsyth Park, Starland District, SCAD etc.

This is just over 1 mile from River Street. Parking is free on the street. Wifi is free. Linens are provided for the King bed and pullout Queen sofa bed.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Beautiful and clean space! Within walking distance to about everything. There’s a really fat and really friendly cat that lives two places down-please give him all the pets and kindest regards as he will come visit.

The host was welcoming, we had some initial heat issues(we were here during a winter storm) but an HVAC person was called quickly to fix the issue. Thoughtful details in the space, very comfortable and a great location!!

Great location & wonderful space

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Savannah. The host was very responsive to messages & made sure we had a safe and enjoyable trip. A short walk to the park made this space great to bring our littles. Parking was very easy to find and never had trouble getting a space near the home. Even being downtown, this space was far enough away from most of the action that it was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, which was fantastic after a day of walking around the city. My kids enjoyed the space, the hallway made for a great place for them to set up to play during the hot part of the day. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

We are glad we stayed here! I think if we come back, we would choose a different location only because the street we were on did not feel as convenient as some others and it was not as pretty as some. It was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was so nice! I think the bathroom could use an extra freshening up.

Lovely Stay in Savannah

I had a wonderful stay in Savannah and so happy with my experience here. I stayed alone and felt very safe and comfortable. It was walking distance to the park and many great restaurants and shops. Walkable to downtown, I went for a great run from the house around the river. It's an adorable home that's got great natural light, beautiful and very Savannah-like finishes, great spaces. Hope to come back.

This property was in a great location. Forsyth park was beautiful. it was in walking distance. we enjoyed walking to the coffee shop 2 short blocks away. the rental was very quiet and comfortable. i highly recommend.

Overall our stay for the weekend was amazing. Brought back a lot of memories for myself and showing my wife around. Very friendly property manager and well attentive to calls if need be. 10/10 would recommend. Don’t forget that to ask about the farmers market in Forsyth park

Great location but noisy

The property was in a great location. It was pretty clean although we did find a spoiled onion & sweet potatoes in the cabinet. The bed and bath were comfortable. The sofa in the living room was not; it was a back breaker. And we were able to hear every step and cry the 5 or 6 little children living upstairs.Most of the time it wasn’t an issue but mornings and after school times were very loud. Also, the living room needs some lamps. Other than those details it was fine.

Property was decent, the location was nice but the atmosphere was a little sketchy. The grass in front of the property was way over grown, weeds to mid thigh which caused a bunch of stickers to stick to our clothes and other items. The linens hadn’t seemed cleaned thoroughly mainly the quilt and comforter for the bed, the couch and chairs seemed to have small stains all over. The rest of the house was up to par. Definitely expected it to be a bit nicer for the cost but it did the job.
