"Nice place not far from the river! Friendly host and safe neighborhood, perfect place to wind down after our work event. The deck was nice to have at nighttime, it was very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood."

"Beautiful view. Nice house. Very accommodating as far as house and host!"

"Home was great and as described. Clean and very close to many restaurants and places we needed to be."

"2nd time renting from this host and will continue when we come to Davenport. New subdivision, great for walking, close to a trail. Conveniently located with easy access to grocery, restaurants, highway. Units are clean, spacious, well-equipped with whatever you need, and comfortable. As pics describe, you get a full kitchen, dining, living room, laundry room, and nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Bonus is access to a garage! Check-in/out, as well as communication with host, was seamless!"
