"Wale was amazing - there was some icy patches on the sidewalk to the entrance of the suite and he made sure we would be safe, he sprinkled salt/kitty litter which helps break down the icy patches. We could carry items into the suite and not fall in the process. His was diligent in shoveling the walks so the path would be free of snow. We were very appreciative for his quick response. Wale gave us physical keys to use in case the frozen temperatures would hinder any problem with door access. "

Desiree and Nathan made our stay extra special with personalized notes welcoming us and going out of their way to accommodate a last-minute late checkout. The house is immaculate, and I was proud to host our family from Australia here. The decor is beautiful, and the hot chocolate bar was a treat. The hot tub was sparkling clean and warm. "Pros: Tidy and all the amenities we needed. Lots of clean bedding provided. Easy check in and host was helpful and responsive. Comfortable bed. We liked the location, central & quick to get to College Drive. Cons: Not as clean as a hotel would be. A little grime on handles, window sills and blinds. No dish cloth or towels provided. Just a used sponge. Heavy on the air freshener in bedroom. Dining chairs are bar-height so too tall to use at the table."
