The apartment is ideally located in a pedestrian street, 50m from the Tourist Office, on the 2nd floor of a listed building with elevator. You will be seduced by the luminosity that emanates from the apartment and its high ceilings. At the foot of the building, shops, restaurants, bars to enjoy all the assets of the city on foot. The animation of Sarlat, its activities, its heritage, its market (every Wednesday and Saturday), allows you to enjoy a pleasant stay in all seasons.
When you arrive in the apartment, you will be immersed directly in the living room with dining area and view of the rooftops of the city. A comfortable sofa to relax and enjoy a convivial evening. TV, and free WIFI.
Fully equipped semi-open kitchen (fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster...) and all the useful crockery to prepare good dishes for you. The culinary necessities are at your disposal as well as the cleaning products.
Adjoining bedroom with 160x200 bed, duvet and comfortable pillows for a restful night. Wardrobe with hangers, standing mirror and interior shutters.
Bathroom with shower and storage drawers. Shower gel and shampoo available. Bed linen and towels provided.

The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning but for your comfort, on hot summer days, a Dyson fan is at your disposal.

Free parking 1 hour (Place Rigaubie) to store your luggage 50m from the apartment. Then, free parking "Le Plantier (100 spaces)", 6 minutes walk away. More ease of parking in low season with free parking from November 16 to March 15.

You will be greeted by Cynthia between 4 and 6 p.m. to contact 30min before your arrival to organize the key collection.
Please note that there is no key box. Supplement for a Sunday arrival. No late arrivals accepted.
Sarlat is located in the golden triangle of the Perigord Noir. Staying in Sarlat will allow you to discover the tourist sites and all the assets of the Dordogne.
Castles (Fénelon, Castelnaud, Milandes, Beynac...) Villages (Saint-Genies, Roque-Gageac, Domme, Les Eyzies...). The unmissable Lascaux IV and the caves and grouffres (Roc de Cazelle, Maxandre, Tourtoirac, the Proumeyssac chasm...) without forgetting the gardens of Marqueyssac, a trip in a barge.
