Nestled in lush surroundings on a 6,700 m² property, our 75 m² holiday home in Sarlat offers a peaceful, private retreat. We look forward to welcoming you to this haven of tranquility.



The house accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 comfortable bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds (which can be combined into a large bed). A convertible sofa provides two extra beds. Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.



The kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine, and fridge. You also have access to a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, TV, and Wi-Fi.



Private, secure parking with electric gate is available on site. Enjoy our large private heated pool (11 m x 5 m) for refreshing and relaxing moments.



A permanent pergola with built-in barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, pétanque court, and football goal are at your disposal for outdoor fun.



The house is ideally located near all amenities: supermarket, restaurants, pizzeria, wine bar. Nearby you’ll also find a tennis club, cycle path, fitness trail, quad rentals, bike rentals, and a children’s amusement park.
