The condo is fully equipped with everything you need in order to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Soak in the Costa Rican sunshine at the beautiful shared pool, or enjoy sunbathing on the top floor, where you can find the condo's very own rooftop terrace.

The beach and shops are literally steps away, so you always have something exciting to do as a guest at Sunscape!

The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach. One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.


Guests can access the shared pool area, the common laundry and the rooftop terrace. Laundry is located right across from the unit and costs 2$ for washing and 2$ for drying.

This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
