Great location but property was satisfactory

The unit couldn’t really be in a better location to the beach and away from traffic. But the unit had thin walls and let’s just say I knew the exact schedule of the tenants above. There were some notable internet issues that never got resolved so anyone who wants to stream programs should come up with other plans. The listing description made one think that pets were not allowed but yet a tenant’s dog woke us up every morning with barking as it went out to take care of some business. There is a shortage of outdoor furniture in the common space as it was taken by another property without warning to us preventing us from enjoying a dinner outdoors. The unit was adequate but there is a lack of attention to detail and some maintenance that is needed such as fixing the shower drain plate so no one cuts their feet on the tile or the metal. The owner is very nice and responded quickly to my outreaches on the internet and the patio furniture but nothing was done to resolve either matter. I do recommend the property but just know it isn’t quite what you think you are getting based on the advertisement/listing.

Great location!

We had a lovely time in Sarasota! The walk to the beach was very short & the walk to St Armand’s Circle was as well! We ate great food, swam in the gorgeous clear water & had so much fun exploring.

The apartment was not cleaned well when we arrived at the property. It was smaller than we imagined. The garbage was not removed at all during our stay. It was far too expensive for what we received. The only good thing was its location to the beach and to the Hemsley Hotel where we attended a medical conference. Also, the entrance with the palm trees was very nice.

Nice condo and convenient location in Lido Key

The condo was very clean, neat and in excellent location to get to Lido key beach and St. Armand’s Circle. Not overly spacious for a family of 5 but suited our needs and was reasonably priced. Had access to laundry, beach towels, umbrella and chairs which was very helpful/handy. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect location

The location is PERFECT for a beach vacation. It was our first time staying in a VRBO, I thought there would be a book that would tell us about what we could find in the area. The rental does come with 2lawn chairs and umbrella for the beach. Would be nice to have a cooler, instead be bought one at the local grocery store. The backyard has a outdoor shower, laundry machines and picnic table. Overall great location for a small apartment style space.

Perfect Location

The location is perfect! Walking distance to a quiet part of the beach, and close to St. Armands. The condo is small, so for 4 adults it was a bit tight. Overall, it worked out great for what we wanted.

Perfect Getaway

Clean, two beds rooms, one bathroom. They had toilet paper and paper towels to start you off.

Great place!

Location, location, location

The three most important things for me on a vacation is location. This rental is perfect walking distance to the beach (5 min) and to the circle (shops and restaurants). Very clean.

Wondeful

Perfect little place for a getaway! You could not be closer to the beach, unless you like to stay in one of those concrete bunker hotels with screaming kids and crowded pools. The property was amazing: clean, quiet and convenient. I already looked at the calendar to plan my return to this little gem! Absolutely perfect.

So nice!

Everything was great! Eleonora was so nice to let us check in an hour early (we had a time crunch). The unit is perfect. Clean, close to beach. We walked entire island all three days right from our place! It is right next to a beautiful park where we went kayaking under mangroves. We also walked the trails near the beach at the end of the park....beautiful pines there. The restaurants and shops are a short walk away - very safe (many routes home - take them all...every street is beautiful. It is a wonderful place with many amenities. Beach towels and chairs were so nice to have!
