Unit was very nice and clean when we arrived. We have stayed at other properties in this same area and would only suggest a couple if things. Countertop ice maker is a great value add. Have plastic cups available from places like Carson Kurt’s, sinking tiki bar would be great do you don’t always have to use glass. I would have also like a little more of the starter coffee packs. They are inexpensive and are a nice to have rather than having to buy a big. An if ciffee that gets wasted. Overall still a great experience

Nice place and had everything we needed

Took granddaughters down for celebration of graduation. The place was great. It does say beach about 1 minute away. Which was correct but most of the beach was “private”. And had a small area to sit. It was nice they had beach towels and lawn chairs to use since we flew to Florida and couldn’t pack that stuff. I would recommend it!

The pool was so dirty and looked green. We didn't even use it because of this.The condo was nice but no storage/closet space.We also booked this because beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The beach were first come first serve and were just cheap beach chair from the 7-11.

Beautiful location, poorly stocked and maintained

I have stayed in one of these units before and was excited to come back. We love cooking on vacation but was sorely disappointed in the lack of resources that was claimed to be there based on the website description. - dishwasher doesn’t work, leaving dried food and grease so we washed by hand all week. I would have thought the cleanup crew would notice that weekly. -no hot pads so had to use one of our two hand towels for the week as our hot pad -no pizza cutter, only 2 butter knives, one small 2 cup mixing bowl for food prep -only one stockpot, no saucepans - no kitchen garbage and when I told the front office they gave me baggies never to check back with a bin. -the master shower has poor pressure, at one point water was gushing through the faucet. Hopefully that can all easily be addressed as we love this location.

Loved the location and proximity to beach and pools. Clean unit, but bathrooms could be a little cleaner. Good sized kitchen and living space. Not a lot of counter space in the bathrooms, maybe a little shelf over the toilet for extra space. Would definitely stay there again.

Location can’t be beat, near beach, a few restaurants and bars. Parking was decent. Office staff very nice, but gone at 5 pm. Mostly well supplied kitchen but short on some cutlery and no wine opener. Larger BR needs another lamp. Jacuzzi sometimes was down.

Property was a nice size for us. Cleanliness was good but not great. Coffee maker needs to be replaced. Kitchen utensils and dishes are very random and need to be replaced with full sets. Also very few kitchen tools available.

Rude hosts. Technical issues forced us to not have water from noon until 11pm on first full day there. Went to office as they had water in back units. We were not allowed to move. So unable to use bathrooms or kitchen for entire day. Rude hosts. Refused to accommodate me and our guests.
