We are a small resort on Siesta Key offering daily rentals
Pool view is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom ground floor rental with its own private entrance
Electronic keypad door entry for easy check in
It has a covered porch with outside table a chairs overlooking the custom heated swimming pool and pond
Microwave, Coffee maker, fridge.
Daily rentals, odd duration's and longer stays are available
Holidays may require a longer stay.
It has a master bedroom with a king size Tempurpedic bed
Living room with a 50 inch HDTV
We provide beach towels and chairs.
Has a 1 bedroom attached for the option to make into a 2 bed 2 bath
The pool is shared with 2 other rental units
We are 4 minute walk to Siesta Key beach the number 1 beach in the USA
Lots of places to eat and drink all on your door step
Our guests love the location
Perfect for couples or the single traveler
We also offer late check outs if available, for a small fee.

Visiting our daughter in Sarasota

Enjoyed our stay. It is small but was quite sufficient for our needs, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

If you're just needing a comfy bed and prime walking location to any and everything this place is for you. I was very happy with the location. Everything is less than a five minute walk. Having a pool as well was nice. Looks a little sketchy from the outside but the inside was very clean. Somewhat smaller than anticipated but like I said all we needed was a place to sleep. Hidden gem for sure we'll favor this place and use again. :)

Great place for a long weekend in Sarasota. Rental was clean and as described. Location was great and it was nice to have chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Pool was nice too. Would recommend a full length mirror because all rentals should :)

Siesta quick visit

Just 2 days before flying home, this vrbo was in a perfect location, walkable to restaurants.and beach. Cute small place, just enough room and a nice pool for use. Would consider staying here again

Great location!

We loved the location! Easy walk to the beach. Short drive to village. Pool was great! Wish the back porch Lenai was screened in i got bit up by some little flies at night. We loved our stay the bed was comfy and everything was perfect. We replaced the beach umbrella because there was a rip and it got bigger by day 3. Would definitely stay here again in the future

Awesome efficiency unit

Howdy, Cute place very close to restaurants and bars so no driving. Beach is less than 5 minute walk. Heated pool was great. Owner is nearby if you need anything. Highly recommend!

Cute, clean and convenient

Great location right on the intercoastal. Access was easy and secure. The owners communication was wonderful. We happened to be in Siesta Key for a death in the family and this place offered a comfortable haven for us to escape to. The unit was clean and well taken care of. We would come back again!!!

Convenient location to restaurants and short walk to beach. Clean room overall, although low water pressure and barely warm hot water. A few broken items left about the property. Pool and covered patio were appreciated during rain showers.
