Breathtaking Beach Front Property Ground Floor Condo

  • Granite and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The living room’s sliding patio door provides first floor access (no stairs) to the beach, heated pool, and a courtyard with shuffle board and outdoor grills.

    This fully equipped condo comfortably accommodates six people with: master bedroom (king) & bathroom with a flat screen TV; 2nd bedroom with two twin beds (can slide together to form a king); second full bathroom; den with queen size pull out sofa bed, loveseat and flat screen SMART TV; dining room for 6 people, large patio adjacent to the pool; and a full kitchen that includes all items necessary for cooking.

    Additional amenities include free Netflix in the den and living room, a Blue Ray player, an in-unit washer and dryer, unlimited local and long distance calling. In unit full size wash machine and dryer, beach umbrellas and water toys.

    Condo’s location provides an easy day-trip to Tampa Busch Gardens, Orlando & Disney Attractions

Outstanding place! Beach access was incredible. Town was low key and chill. Only thing I would upgrade would be the tv’s. Very small. Over all I give it a 5 star and will be back.

We had a good stay overall. The apartment was comfortable, well-located, and the beach access was excellent. The amenities met our expectations.The main downside was the cleanliness. Upon arrival, the apartment did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned, and several areas needed more attention. The bedrooms furniture was also quite old and showed noticeable wear, which made the rooms feel somewhat dated.Improving the cleaning standards and updating some of the furniture would significantly enhance the guest experience. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time at the beach and appreciated the apartment's location and convenience

The location os great and the unit was comfortable and well equipped. We had some issues like the dishwasher wasn’t working and didn’t get fixed before we left. The management office staff was helpful. We played tennis and went to the beach. Great restaurants in the area. Beautiful beach and sunset!

Sand Cay is delightful! Been staying there for years. Our room was exactly as described. Clean comfortable and well stocked. Easy access to pool beach parking etc. loved it!

Sibling trip

The condo was perfect for a long weekend visiting my aunt on Longboat Key. The place was as expected, clean, kitchen supplied with necessary items, a deck just off the pool. Great staff with easy check in and out. I will stay here again

Perfect low-key vacation spot

We have rented this location in the past and it never disappoints! Easy check in/out and always clean. Convenient to pool and beach from all locations and close parking as well.

A little slice of heaven…

The property was beautiful. Our condo was right by the pool, which was super convenient, especially with an 11 month old, and it was still very quiet. You’re steps away from the beautiful beach, and the fact that they provide chairs and umbrellas was amazing! We had such a great time.

Beautiful condo with everything you need.

Thank You, Matt for the perfect condo to enjoy our vacation. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The grounds,beach and pool were perfect also. We would definitely rent again 😀🌴☀️ Also enjoyed our daily visits from George 🕊

Property is well kept and clean. Great location on the beach and plenty of beach chairs available. We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a small problem with the dishwasher and they sent someone out to fix it right away. Furniture in the unit was a bit worn out, but overall had everything we needed for a short stay. We will be back!

Great family spot

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Steps to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The grounds were well kept. Bonus to have lounge chairs at the beach! It was perfect for our family of 4.

Property was as advertised. Great condo location with patio right next to pool and beach a short walk.The area is well maintained. Matthew was easy to work with.
