DUE TO A CANCELLATION THE WEEK of April 11th is now available and we have one week open in May at an especially great rate! Gorgeous updated, just renovated, newly furnished one bedroom! Best location on Siesta beach and a short walk to charming Siesta village! Enjoy a perfect Florida vacation at our Condo (unit 109) - directly across from world-famous Siesta Beach (Rated the #1 beach in the US)!

Our especially well maintained, upscale one bedroom, one bath condo is in the condominium complex closest to Siesta Beach -- known for having the whitest sand in the world (with the look and feel of baby powder). We are only one mile from Siesta Village, with its excellent shops and restaurants! Our guests are usually couples or two persons, although we will allow four people.

A free trolley takes you from our condo complex to Siesta Village!

Walk out of our convenient first-floor unit's lanai, go sixty steps - and you're on this magnificent, breathtaking beach. Our condo is decorated in a coastal chic beach house theme. Our screened in lanai is perfect for eating your breakfast outside or watching amazing sunsets - perhaps with a glass of wine. A super comfy new King size bed awaits you in the bedroom. If a third or fourth person occupies the unit we have a pullout queen size bed. There are two cable TVs and in addition, of course, we have WiFi internet access. The beautiful, oversized swimming pool is heated when necessary, and a clubhouse provides a fitness room, library, a pool table and table tennis. Several bar-be-que grills are available.

We're located in the best area of Siesta Key, an upscale resort island just over the bridge from Sarasota. Whether you stick to Siesta Key or go into Sarasota itself, you'll find every type of resort activity available and a choice of hundreds of fabulous restaurants. And now -- there is a brand new casual restaurant -- the only one on the beach with stunning Gulf views -- right across from our condo!

Best of all, we've made our rates the most reasonable offered anywhere on the Key! Although most of our guests have access to a car -- now that there is the free trolley to Siesta Village -- some visitors may opt to get away without a car rental. Most of our guests love our condo, write fabulous reviews— and return each year! Be sure to read them! Please note Saturday to Saturday bookings are preferred if at all possible - and much appreciated! Saturday December 26, 2026 checkout required for Christmas week. Saturday check in and departure required during February, March, April and July.

Marcy was wonderful! She was in contact a few times to see how we were doing. Condo is very clean and very nicely furnished. On the first floor which we really liked. Pool is beautiful but unfortuntely weather was too cold to use it . Fantastic location! Right across the street from the Beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Also a 5 minute drive to Siesta Village for shopping and restaurants. You can't go wrong with condo, I highly recommend!

Great condo with perfect location directly across from beautiful Siesta Beach. Condo was exactly as described, comfortable mattress, beach chairs & umbrella for use, washer/dryer was easily accessible at complex. Pool was great after beach every day. Easy 1mile walk to SK Village .Plenty of free transportation available on the Island. Prompt and easy communication with owner who easily answered my questions, allowed us to check in early, and reached out to check on us during our stay. I would gladly return to stay here again, and highly recommend to others.

Beach week

Condo was very nice. Perfect location. Just wish they had beach chairs & an umbrella for the beach. They did provide bag chairs but they were not comfortable at all. We ended up buying chairs from someone who had stayed the week before. Then we sold them for the same price to people we met on the beach so it worked out well for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient Beach Condo

This condo was decorated with a beach feel and furnished comfortably for our week long stay! The convenience of location to be able to just walk across the street to Siesta Key beach was perfect for us! The owners were in contact with us -welcoming us and asking if we needed anything for our stay! Having a pool at the condominium complex was a nice added feature for late afternoon swimming and relaxing with a book ! As a couple the condo was perfect size for us and the managers of the condominium office were friendly and helpful with suggestions for area attractions and restaurants-we definitely have this one in our VRBO saved trips for next year!

The property was well maintained and a great location. It was located directly across from Siesta Key beach. The pool was located a short walk from the Condo and was also very well maintained. Management and Owner contact was welcoming and contact was easy and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beach getaway. The one thing I didn’t like was one bathroom and was small. But that is normal for a one bedroom rental. I would rent again for a short week getaway.

One Bedroom Unit with Excellent Location

We truly enjoyed our stay at La Siesta. This one bedroom unit was very clean, quiet, open and updated with beach decor. The location was amazing as well! This unit is directly across the street from public beach access #12. The hosts, Marcy and Warren were very easy to work with. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and will definitely be back.

Beautifully decorated cozy condo!

Just across the from beautiful Siesta Key Beach and everything we needed to be comfortable for our 9 day stay! It is a quiet and beautiful property! Perfect for a couple. A gorgeous pool on the property, although, we went to the beach every day. The trolley is just outside, down the sidewalk and all the fabulous seafood restaurants, site seeing, different beaches and entertainment you would ever want! Would highly recommend!

Moment in Serenity

Amazing and Beautiful!! My husband and I were so pleased with the entire trip. Truly beautiful beaches and a wonderful location. The staff and owner were wonderful and we felt like we were home. The best was being across from the beautiful white sandy beaches. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due too Elsa. The owners contacted us and is working on a partial refund on our trip. So we are looking forward too another amazing summer next year!!

Close to the Beach and Siesta Village

This was our first VRBO experience and we were very pleased. Marcy and Warren emailed me shortly after I submitted our reservation to welcome us. When we arrived, we used the wrong television remote, so I emailed Marcy to ask for guidance. She and Warren stopped by on their way back from dinner and got everything going. We had a very nice chat and from then on, it felt like we were renting from friends, not just an unknown person. The apartment was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, linens, visitor information, and beach chairs. One of the most helpful things there was a small clothes drying rack that we used every day. The apartment was close to the pool and the parking place was covered. We enjoyed our two-week visit very much.
