This stunning, 50-acre property in the heart of popular tourist attraction of the Scenic Rim, QLD, bordered to the west of the Sarabah Range, east of the Darlington Range and divided by the breathtaking Sarabah Valley.
Looking north is the picturesque, country-township of Canungra, situated in the Gold Coast hinterland, and southwest you’ll find the world renown and heritage-listed Lamington National Park.

PROPERTY FEATURES
The home, crafted onto the hillside in 1994, has been fully renovated and extended and offers spectacular vistas coupled with absolute privacy. The house has a large floor area of 350m2 and a land size of 202,700m2. The stunning 4-bedroom timber hilltop guest house, features open planned living spaces with raked timber ceilings, supported by luxurious Oregon Pine beams, polished hardwood timber floors and large glass doors & windows to respect the breathtaking views. The newly built HEATED infinity pool and large entertaining deck overlooks the western sunset, whilst the bespoke kitchen, central to the home, has views of the west and the Sarabah Range. The house accommodates all of the comfort amenities including an exquisite gas fireplace, infinity pool, large indoor & outdoor dining table, 2 x large TV’s with streaming devices, outdoor Bluetooth Yamaha sound system, dimmable lights, unlimited WIFI, reverse air conditioning & ceiling fans in all rooms, wine fridge, Falcon oven & more. It’s a real entertainers delight!
