No Parties: Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited.
Noise Policy: Keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Compliance: All guests must adhere to the Residencial Torres Catalanas policies and Airbnb terms, including providing a valid phone number.
Lost Items: A fee of US$50.00 applies for lost keys, remotes, or keycards.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in eviction.
Visitor Policy: Up to 2 visitors allowed. Overnight visitors must be declared at booking; a fee of $10 per guest per night applies after the second guest.
Undeclared Guest Fee: US$20 per undeclared guest per night.
