Check-In Instructions for Your Apartment in Santo Domingo:
1. Arrival at the Building: Upon arrival, locate the building. The photograph of the entrance and the location of the building are available on the portal to help you find the property easily 🏢.
2. Check-In at Reception: Once inside the building, go to reception to register and show your ID. Inform the receptionist that you have a reservation for apartment 1106. The building is open 24/7, with a reception desk available for assistance.
3. Access to the Apartment: The access code you received previously is used to enter the apartment 🏠. This code is available in the Door Codes section of the Guest Portal. Use this code to open the apartment door 🔑. (Remember tu out # after the code to enter)
4. Go to the Apartment: After obtaining the access code, head to the apartment to collect the keys, remote control, and token 🔑.
5. Parking: Your parking space is assigned with 1201 sign in the garage, after collecting the remote control and token, go to the garage, where the token will allow you to access the elevator area and the parking space.
6. Social Areas: The social areas are located on the Rooftop floor of the building 🏊. You can access them using the token that you will find in the apartment. (Remember that if you want to use the Pool is by reservations upon availability, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with availability and reservations).
