We have an electric inverter. The inverter does not power the air conditioners (but it does power the fans) or high-consumption appliances

The Dominican Republic has its own rhythm. Short power outages, fluctuating water pressure, or brief internet interruptions can occasionally happen. This is normal and usually resolved quickly.

We’re in the Caribbean: sun, sea, and nature. You may occasionally see small insects or spiders — this is normal in a tropical environment.

• Smoking inside the Villa= USD 250 fine
• Pet-friendly villa, but 1 pet allowed only in outdoor areas (patio/terrace/garden)
• If a guest brings pet or more guest without prior authorization, a penalty of USD 200 will be applied to cover additional cleaning and sanitation costs.
Certified service animals are, of course, welcome as per Airbnb policy, but guests must notify us before arrival.
• No sleeping on the sofas.
• Take out the trash and do not leave dirty dishes.
• Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness.
• Do not move the furniture.
• Avoid loud or disturbing noise. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Parties, loud music, and any disturbance to neighbors are strictly prohibited
• A/C at a minimum of 23°C and turn it off when not in use.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Early check-in / late check-out fee: up to USD 150
• Extra charge up to USD 200 for stays longer than 4 days, based on electricity consumption at check-out.
• By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and accept that, as is common in Santiago, water and electricity providers cannot always guarantee a fully continuous and stable service. The apartment has an inverter to partially mitigate these outages; however, the inverter does not power all devices, so the air conditioners and water heater are not connected to the inverter and may stop working during a power interruption.
