"'Parking near door meant unloading bags fast.I valued having cable TV since it allowed quiet relaxation before falling asleep.'"

"Work trip, two nights. Quiet rooms helped me sleep well between meetings. Check-in took less than five minutes which saved time. Cable TV had good channel options too, so relaxing evenings were simple after long days of work."

"Really enjoyed our stay."

"Arriving late wasn't an issue since the desk stayed open all night. The simple room came with essentials like a fridge and heating that worked fine. Although we didn't swim, the pool area looked inviting."

"The room was very nice we enjoyed our stay. "

"They thought of everything! Very sweet proprietor, and friendly, well mannered dog"

"Saubere und ruhige Unterkunft. Mit dem Auto alles gut erreichbar."

"The place was nice and well-designed. It was smallish, more of a hotel room than a condo or apartment. It was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent and within walking distance of downtown Santa Barbara's attractions. It was pet-friendly and a good neighborhood for dog walks. It could use some minor functional updates. The front door was a little tricky, and the window above the bed was inconvenient to operate. It was fairly quiet."

"Nice building, easy check-in & out process. Definitely walking distance to downtown area. I’ll be back."

"Mindy was a superb host and everything about this property and experience exceeded our (already very high) expectations. The inside living space was really well-appointed and incredibly comfortable, and sitting on the balcony while sipping coffee in the morning felt like being in Italy. There’s a ton to do in Santa Barbara, but this spot was hard to leave!"
