The space
Villa Boutique is a modern design villa with a garden and a private climatized pool. Open and bright, here you will have a feeling of peace and tranquility thanks to its disposition facing the Atlantic Ocean in a privileged area of ​​La Quinta in Santa Ursula north of Tenerife.

Villa Boutique has three double bedrooms, one on the top floor and two on the ground floor. Its design is unconventional which makes each room different and perfect for the enjoyment of life, organically connecting the interior with the garden making it feel very special.

One of the main bedrooms is located on the upper floor and is equipped with a double bed "Queen size" and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A cozy corner for the enjoyment of the breathtaking views, a good read and TV. You will also find a small living room with access to a terrace where you can enjoy and relax contemplating the stunning views of the ocean.

The bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with double beds and direct access to the terrace, garden and pool. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower. The third bathroom with a bathtub opens to the calming interior terrace.All bedrooms have blackout curtains perfect for a great night's sleep.

The living / dining room and the modern kitchen (fully equipped) have direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy barbecues, the garden and an incredible swimming pool.

Security system with cameras, safe, vacuum cleaner, hair dryers in all bathrooms, cots (2) and highchair (on request), bed linen and towels, satellite TV, smart TV, Netflix, sound system with player CD and radio, free WiFi.

Kitchen equipped with top quality appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, two different types of coffee machines including the Nexpresso, toaster, mixer, kettle, juicer, washer and dryer, ironing table and iron. And many other things necessary for your enjoyment; in case we do not have something and it is within our reach, we will gladly supply it without any extra cost. Our greatest wish is that you spend your stay with all the comforts you deserve.

Outdoor areas with a private heated 40 m² swimming pool. The water temperature depends primarily on weather conditions and the time of day (morning, midday/afternoon, evening). All this so that you, your family, and friends can enjoy it at any time. Solarium with sun loungers, outdoor living room, barbecue, dining table, parking inside the chalet for a vehicle (parking on the street up to 3 vehicles).

The Villa county with a security system, a safe, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, ironing table and iron, a baby crib and highchair (upon request), bedding and towels. We also provide satellite TV, Netflix, sound system with CD player and radio, free WIFI. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwaves, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and drying machine.

In the outdoor areas: private pool, loungers, outdoor living room, barbecue, outdoor dining table, one place parking (exterior parking for up to three cars).
