Featuring very simple and functional furnishings, it’s a practical option for those who want to explore the town on foot and stay just a stone’s throw from the sea.

Located at the northern tip of Sardinia, directly across from Corsica, Santa Teresa is renowned for its beaches of the finest sand, such as the famous Rena Bianca, Capo Testa, La Marmorata, and Rena Majore. The town offers all major amenities within walking distance or just a few minutes away: supermarkets, restaurants, a movie theater, an urgent care clinic, a gym, and the marina for excursions.

Useful Information and Terms & Conditions
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in and check-out are NOT available on SUNDAYS.
- Car: Required to get around and explore the most beautiful beaches along the coast.
- Linens (bed/bath): Not included. You may bring your own from home or rent them on-site for €20 per person per week.
- Pets: Allowed for an additional fee of €50.
- Tourist tax: €2.50 per person per night for up to 14 consecutive days (children 12 and under are exempt).
