Apartment Open-Concept Living Area: Spacious and bright, divided by a large sliding glass door. On one side is the living room with a single sofa bed and access to a small veranda; on the other is the dining room with a kitchenette.

Sleeping Area: One master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined if needed), featuring a French door with direct access to the small veranda.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms (one private in the master bedroom and a second master bathroom).

The Location: Santa Teresa Gallura Located at the northern tip of Sardinia, directly across from Corsica, Santa Teresa is renowned for its beaches of fine sand, such as the famous Rena Bianca, Capo Testa, La Marmorata, and La Liccia. The town offers all the main amenities within walking distance or just a few minutes away: supermarkets, restaurants, a movie theater, a medical clinic, a gym, and the marina for excursions.
